What to pack: water bottle, some patches (useful in case of blisters), disinfectant, bandages and gauze, insect repellent, sunscreen, a whistle.
The weather conditions in the mountains can change suddenly, so we recommend you dress in layers.
For upper body, we suggest a water absorbent/heat repellent mesh T-shirt to maintain a balanced body temperature, so the skin breathes, and perspiration is absorbed or dries.
Then, a sweater, plus jacket or vest, better with detachable sleeves, a windbreaker (ex. hooded K-way) or a waterproof jacket with hood. Lower body: Pants must allow for comfortable movement.
Socks must be thick to allow the foot to be comfortable without being overly affected by the roughness of the terrain.
